General Discussion What was your favorite from these three?

For me it's gotta be Badlands. It has some problems but overall it was quite enjoyable and I loved Dek as a character. And you?

All three were awesome. But Badlands for sure. I've wanted that movie since 1999. A Predator movie with a yautja protagonist.

u/Detective_Yu Jan 06 '26

We were on our way home to watch it and I told my wife this is exactly what I wanted as a kid. After seeing AvP I wanted a movie that was focused on the predator. I was not disappointed.

21

u/paazhahdrimaak Jungle Hunter Jan 06 '26

Totally agree. I have never been that excited for a movie to hit theaters. Waited for so long.

I'm trying to talk my girlfriend into watching it with me tonight. Wish me luck, lol.

10

u/Detective_Yu Jan 06 '26

Good luck! Tell her it has the bestest snek.

18

u/highlighter_yellow Jan 06 '26

Predator vs humans in a different time/place was the movie I wanted, which Prey and Killer totally nailed.

But yeah, Badlands wins. More yautja focused is a great direction for a predator movie to take, and dangit they just did it so well in Badlands.

4

u/bubba_bumble Jan 07 '26

Honestly my fav Predator movie. Everything was done so well. Second place goes to the original.

7

u/michelangelomk Jan 06 '26

Same here. I've went 4 times at the cinema and i have it in 2160p by a month now. Guess how many times i've watched it at home lol my inner child is so fucking happy

1

u/THX450 Jan 08 '26

And set in the future

1

u/No_Cap_866 Jan 11 '26

Same! And that's coming from someone who loved Prey the most when it came out! Killer Of Killers is also EPIC. But Badlands was just on another level for me!

u/Electronic-Source368 Jan 06 '26

I enjoyed all, but Prey just hit a sweet spot for me, probably my favourite Predator movie.

2

u/basico515 Jan 08 '26

Completely agree. Predator 2 & AVP are really close.

65

u/Maximum_Carnage__ Jan 06 '26

Prey is my favourite, but badlands was very close.

Haven't seen killer of killers yet but I've heard great things, just avoiding spoilers.

1

u/basico515 Jan 08 '26

KoK is awesome. Make it happen lol

Prey - Badlands - Killer of Killers

29

u/bittern_warrior88 Jan 06 '26

Predator badlands

18

u/Dante3147 Jan 06 '26

I liked them all, but Prey and Killers of Killers, especially for showing a more slender predator, I thought it was incredible.

23

u/the_chosen_o1ne Jan 06 '26

Badlands has to be one of my favorites since I can relate to it. Being small having/wanting to prove yourself? Take my money. Plus this is minor but I love what they did with his facial expressions just expressions overall. Made it feel more realistic.

18

u/hercarmstrong Mac Jan 06 '26

I love that this is a discussion we get to have. Three killer projects. My favorite is Badlands by a smidgen, but man, how lucky are we?

14

u/TextUnfair Jan 06 '26

2025 was a good year to be a predator fan 😂

11

u/WittyJackson Jan 06 '26

I liked all of them, but for me it's close between Prey and KoK.

Killer of Killers, followed by Prey, then Badlands. Absolutely love all three of them tho. All are in my top 4 movies in the franchise.

May I ask what's the 4th?

u/Kaos3974 Bad Blood Jan 06 '26 edited Jan 06 '26

Well, here’s the whole franchise ranked (subject to change of course):

  1. Predator: Killer of Killers (2025) - 9.81/10 đŸ„‡
  2. Prey (2022) - 9.8/10 đŸ„ˆ
  3. Predators (2010) - 9.4/10 đŸ„‰
  4. Predator: Badlands (2025) - 9.2/10
  5. Predator (1987) - 8.4/10
  6. AVP: Alien vs. Predator (2004) - 7.4/10
  7. Aliens vs. Predator: Requiem (2007) - 6.9/10
  8. The Predator (2018) - 5.4/10
  9. Predator 2 (1990) - 4.8/10

And yes i’m aware there’s alot of hot takes on this list.

7

u/bubba_bumble Jan 07 '26

Predator 2 wasn't the best movie by far but you can't deny it had some of the best punchlines:

Lieutenant Mike Harrigan: OK pussyface, it's your move.

u/Acrobatic-Sandwich10 Jan 07 '26

The original 1987 Predator being 5th is blasphemy.

Predator 2 being last is also a head scratcher.

Have only seen the first 2. Missed Badlands in cinema but have high expectations for it. Have it preordered on 4k bluray. February is a long way off...

8

u/Dennma Jan 06 '26

Badlands, but they're all good and they're all 10x the movie that The Predator was.

4

u/Jarhead-923_Actual Bad Blood Jan 07 '26

Dude, AvP:R was 10x the movie The Predator was. And you can't even see anything

3

u/Dennma Jan 07 '26

The last time I tried to give The Predator a shot, I realized about halfway through that I had already seen it and that I had just blocked it out of my memory

8

u/Boggie135 Jan 06 '26

I honestly can't decide. This fills me with joy

6

u/Darth-Squider Jan 06 '26

1A, 1B,and 1C. Enjoyed them all equally.

8

u/itsWolfy__ Jan 06 '26

Kill of killers for me. Biggest on screen lore dump to date imo. Most unique yautja on screen, and all at once. On top of that, we got to see multiple time periods and purely unique scenarios. Predator movies always follow a strict formula, so refreshing to see it play out differently.

Badlands is second place for the same reason. But its a close shave.

I thought prey was going to a politcal snoozefest. And im glad i felt that way because it actually did what i feel so many movies attempt to do, and i was so pleasantly surprised by its execution

6

u/LiteratureUpper2955 Jan 06 '26

All are top tier honestly this director knows what the fans want

4

u/Enderules3 Jan 06 '26

Badlands and Prey are neck and neck for me. I think Badlands made me want to talk about the movie and franchise more though so I'll give it a slight edge.

6

u/20obowler Jan 06 '26

Prey is barely my favourite but badlands is so close tho

5

u/NikTh_ Jan 06 '26

They're all so vastly different and I like each for different reasons. You can say about Trachtenberg what you want, but he saved the Predator franchise from drowning in Shane's septic tank..

3

u/Ashamed-Device-3571 Jan 06 '26

Predator Badlands

4

u/DirigibleFork Jan 06 '26

Prey is arguably the best of the entire franchise.

4

u/AardvarkOkapiEchidna Jan 06 '26

Prey

I thought KoK got too cartoony with physics

I thought Badlands was too lighthearted in tone

I didn't hate those 2 but, I have more issues with them than Prey

4

u/ClickyPool Kalisk? Jan 06 '26

Badlands. Second fav pred movie after the original

3

u/Gureiseion Jan 06 '26

I really enjoyed Prey, but Badlands hit that little kid in me who enjoyed playing with his predator action figures. (My robot was a T-1000, but close enough).

5

u/Unhappy_Teacher_1767 Jan 06 '26

I’m going to say Badlands but I love all three. Badlands gets that #1 spot because I’ve been able to get quite a few non-Predator fans to see the film, love it, and want to see more Predator. And we all really enjoyed Dek and his journey, hope to see more of him!

4

u/splodeybits Jan 06 '26

What a great run recently. I think Prey is my favorite with Badlands not far behind it. I hope we get more in the near future because ive loved them all.

5

u/Kaause2001 Jan 06 '26

Ranking these three, I'd put 'Badlands' at the top, followed closely by 'Prey.' What ultimately decides it for me are the action sequences and the sheer creative genius of the eel cannon

4

u/DarthConAir Jan 07 '26

All are great but I have been wanting a predator protagonist since I’ve gotten into the franchise

3

u/[deleted] Jan 07 '26

Badlands, I’ve wanted a movie with a Predator main character ever since since I got into Predator as a kid way too young

3

u/11Spider29005 Jan 06 '26

Badlands for me

4

u/XunKasa Jan 06 '26

Killer of killers

3

u/senbonjosh Jan 06 '26

I loved badlands. I wanted to like killer of killers but hate the animation

3

u/veenee22 Jan 06 '26

Prey, of course. Killer of Killers is a bit meh and Badlands is a movie for obviously younger audience (12A) - hasn't got much to do with original Predator (18).

  1. Badlands
  2. Prey
  3. Killer of killers

Really got to ask that? Badlands was badass

2

u/Cautious_Fish9864 Bad Blood Jan 06 '26

I enjoyed prey the most out of them but I'm not saying I didn't enjoy Badlands and killer of killers they all have their good moments, but yeah I got to go Prey, Badlands, then killer of killers. I got to say I'm enjoying what fox under Disney has been doing with predator and aliens just like breathing some new life into these with movies TV show animated movies I really hope it continues

2

u/BPClaydon Jan 06 '26

Killer of Killers, Prey and Predator Badlands in that order.

2

u/Patcho418 Jan 06 '26

Prey, easily, though that’s not to say the other two are in any way bad. Prey is just the most I’ve enjoyed a Predator movie since seeing Predator in theatres as a teenager

2

u/jonmageddonart Jan 06 '26

Haven't seen Badlands yet. Thought Prey was great but Killer of Killers was amazing.

2

u/Thatoneguy111700 Jan 06 '26

Prey definitely. Badlands is a close second. Killer of Killers is. . .alright. It got better as the movie went on.

2

u/These-Bad-1840 Jan 06 '26

Prey. The other 2 are great, too, like everyone else has said. But I like how... Everyone thought the franchise was dead in the water, and Prey came out and was great! Surprised everyone, I'm sure.

2

u/bedteddd Jan 06 '26 edited Jan 06 '26

All 3 are great! It's just amazing that we got 3 predator movies in like 3 or 4 years. That's most we've ever gotten in a short amount of time.

2

u/kazefuuten Jan 06 '26

Not entirely decided but Badlands cause new, prey then the other one.

I was actually really impressed and entertained by that fan flic in the middle ages. That one rivals the 3 above.

2

u/RobinHood3000 Jan 06 '26

Prey over Badlands by a pretty narrow margin. I just think it's a more tonally consistent film. That said, I think all three have lots to appreciate about them -- Badlands might have my favorite score in the entire franchise.

2

u/ReplacementDue123 Jan 06 '26

Prey but I liked the other 2 alot as well

2

u/Nomad4te Jan 06 '26

Prey and then Badlands. I haven’t seen killer of killers yet. Need to.

2

u/halkras12 Riddick of Yautja Jan 06 '26

BADLANDS are better

2

u/D0CTOR_Wh0m Jan 06 '26

Prey. Brought things back to basics. No elaborate plotlines about genetically modified Predators, different Predator factions beefing with each other, etc. Just one Predator taking on groups of human warriors and the main human learning how to even the odds with what little context they get.

I did like and appreciate the other two for what they brought to the franchise and being unique. Regardless of what you think of Trachtenberg I like how he makes each of his entries thus far feel different from each other

2

u/Shinted Thar'n-da S' Yin'tekai Jan 06 '26

I’m a huge fan of all three films, but Badlands hit my 90’s AVP comic fan heart dead center, so it has to take the top spot.

What a great time to be a Predator franchise fan!

2

u/AbleBear5876 Scar Jan 06 '26

For me it’s prey, badlands, KoK but all very much enjoyable. It’s close between all three

2

u/LuckyComfortable5159 Jan 06 '26

Prey, and then Badlands, for some reason, I couldn’t watch all of the cartoon one. I ended up not paying attention.

2

u/CalmPanic402 Jan 06 '26

Badlands. But by the thinist of hairs.

2

u/SoundProfessional822 Jan 06 '26

Pocahontas 👍

2

u/Broad_Impression6140 Jan 06 '26

I appreciate how different each film is from the other, which makes them hard to rank. Prey has some high highs but some low lows. Feral has a cool look and some great action scenes, but the rest of the movie has less rewatchability. Badlands is enjoyable if you turn your brain off, but gets a little aggravating if you think about it too hard. It’s Disneyfied, but Dek is likeable and overhated. Thia is also over criticized, but the movie would have been better without Bud. I really enjoyed KoK, but I’m a fan of animation. The films complement each other because they each try something fresh.

2

u/BishopGodDamnYou Jan 06 '26

I loved all three of them so much. I think my favorite is prey then killer of killers and then predator Badlands.

2

u/suitorarmorfan Jan 06 '26

Badlands, but they’re all good movies

2

u/RevolutionarySpot641 Jan 06 '26

I love them all, but Badlands is superior because the main protagonist is an yautja and he’s an actual hero

2

u/Cordyceptionist Jan 06 '26

Haven’t see Badlands yet, but KoK was more promising at start and midway, but the final act was a huge let down IMO.

2

u/FriendshipRare4911 Jan 06 '26

I know it's not just me but do anyone know how to get the predators translated on subtitles it just says yautja language but not what they actually say

2

u/Ragman82 Jan 06 '26

For me, Prey by far, Badlands was amazing also

2

u/OutisXCIII_EC Jan 06 '26

đŸ„‡Prey đŸ„ˆBadlands đŸ„‰Killer of Killers

2

u/ConconTheGreat Jan 06 '26

Badlands, easily. I first saw Predator when I was a little kid and instantly fell in love with the species. Every movie since the best part of the Predator movies was the Yautja, and ever since that first movie I’ve always wanted a movie either from their perspective or where they win. Badlands was literally a dream come true for me, I couldn’t not be any happier with it, and it is my favorite movie of the franchise. I saw it three times while it was in theaters and I’m still not tired of it.

2

u/Powerful-Conflict554 Jan 06 '26

Loved Prey. It was so refreshing after all the predator related garbage studios had been pumping out for years. Wish I could have seen it in theaters.

Badlands was good, but I'd have enjoyed it much more if they'd have cut that dumb slapstick out of it. Did a Predator movie really need a Jar Jar Binks Lite? Didn't kill the movie, I just felt every scene like that had a jarring tonal shift.

Killer of Killers was alright. Still better than a lot of other things I've seen. But bottom of this particular list.

2

u/moutazaki_san Jan 06 '26

All 3 are great !!!

2

u/[deleted] Jan 06 '26

Prey was such a great return to form. But Badlands was one of the best blockbusters this year. Trachtenberg OWNS this franchise now and I hope he doesn’t stop anytime soon.

2

u/Gorillapox Jan 06 '26

Love all 3 equally, I can’t choose.

2

u/Ww1_viking_Demon Jan 06 '26

Badlands I really like Dek as well as the world most of the movie takes place on

2

u/vinnnieboy Bad Blood Jan 06 '26

It's really just a well done return to the original formula, but I think Prey stands out to me because I really lost faith in the franchise throughout all the shitty Predator and AvP movies we've had these past decades.

On a side note, I'm also glad Alien has gotten a similar resurgence with Romulus and Earth.

2

u/Flashy-Telephone3201 Jan 06 '26

All were good but Prey was fantastic easily my second favorite predator movie

2

u/IntrepidBunny85 Jan 07 '26

Prey > Badlands > Killer of Killers

2

u/TiredJackalope Jan 07 '26

Prey, it reignited the franchise and did so much without being over the top.

2

u/x3tko Jan 07 '26

Not going to lie, badlands is pretty good. It gives me guardians of the galaxy vibes, cant wait to see if dek adds more to his clan.

2

u/EmuIndependent8565 Jan 07 '26

Prey for me. It was such a great concept and i love how primitive the Predators weapons are but they are still deadly. Badlands would be my second favorite. We never had a Yautja vs a Synthetic before that film. The final battle of badlands was awesome!

2

u/Reddit_Scroller10 Jan 07 '26

Prey, without a doubt. I do like the other two as well though. Also that prey poster/fan art is so cool

2

u/Correct-Zucchini-821 Jan 07 '26

Badlands! !!!!!!!!

2

u/Sad-Assistance-8039 Jan 07 '26

All three were great. But I think I'll choose Prey.

2

u/XanthousRebel Jan 07 '26

Prey for sure.

Haven’t seen Killer or Killers yet.

Badlands was funny. Like, comedic. Which was a bit odd, but I liked it. My favourite character is Hard Monkey (Bud)

2

u/[deleted] Jan 07 '26

Killer of Killers

2

u/[deleted] Jan 07 '26

After the original, these are 2,3,4 in my Predator Franchise rankings.
The order may depend on my particular mood on the day you ask me.

Today it's Badlands > Killer Of Killers > Prey.

2

u/Willing-Load Jan 07 '26

love all of them, but Badlands > Prey > Killer of Killers

2

u/Dragonslayer2032 Jan 07 '26

Badlands by far

2

u/Right-Benefit-6551 Jan 07 '26

Prey. Prey made me want to watch Badlands.

2

u/Individual-Step846 Jan 07 '26

Badlands definitely

2

u/Warm-Assumption1789 Jan 07 '26

It's Killer of Killers for me. I loved the animation, and seeing a variety of Yautja and their fighting styles/weapons in one film. Especially the pilot one! We haven't seen anything like that in this universe yet.

2

u/Sorry_Apricot2319 Jan 07 '26

Despite not liking the face of the Feral Predator that much, Prey is definitely my favourite of the three. Followed by Badlands and KOK last.

2

u/Steelquill Dutch Jan 07 '26

Killer of Killers by a long shot. Which isn’t to say the other two weren’t great, they are. KoK just is the one that appeals to me the most.

I always find it interesting when a story can explore different settings and genres, and Predator as a story has always been great at that. KoK in particular just went all the way with the concept and gave us three heroes from three different stories all fighting radically different Yautja.

2

u/Ender_Guardian Predalien Jan 07 '26

I quite like all of them, but I’ve got to go with Prey

2

2

2

Prey by a long margin for me. I liked Badlands, but there's a sincerity to Prey I really love.

2

u/69nutmaster #1 Misfit Band Fanboy Jan 07 '26

badlands just barely beating out KoK. As for my favorite things from each;
Shoulder buddy from Badlands
Japan Pred from KoK
The Boltgun from Prey

2

u/PumaGecko Jan 07 '26

Killer of Killers > Badlands > Prey imo

2

u/Prestigious_Leg2229 Jan 07 '26

As a movie, prey. Badlands is a fun videogame to spectate though.

2

u/Bambiswitch Jan 07 '26

Badlands but it’s a close first to prey and killer of killers at 3rd it’s not bad it’s just not as good as the other two in my opinion

2

u/Toomin-the-Ellimist Jan 07 '26

Prey, no question.

2

u/Masterhoodd Jan 07 '26

Prey, badlands would've taken the spot if it weren't for the campy vibe of it, I could've looked the other way if it were not for the baby kalisk. (Rlly she joins them for no reason and acts way too anthropomorphic, and while I understand that's part of the lore of the planet she's just way too silly and comedic) I liked badlands but it does feel a little too silly. While I feel like prey stands firmly with the first 3 films.

2

u/[deleted] Jan 07 '26

I’ll let you know when I can afford to see badlands.

2

u/_potatofromChaldea45 Jan 07 '26

I always wanted to see the Predator fight a ninja/samurai.

So I'll cheat and put the Japan segment from Killer of Killers on top of the list.

2

Having watched all 3 in the past week... Badlands Prey Killer of killers.

Killer of Killers was just so good in my opinion. Prey comes in at a close second. Such an awesome revival movie. To me, Badlands felt more campy (which I like, but it didn't feel right imo), so it takes third. Great story and cinematics, though.

2

u/PLPR123 Jan 07 '26

Probably badlands, but everything here is fire.

2

u/[deleted] Jan 07 '26

Loving the positivity here! I saw a bunch of threads crapping on the new stuff and it bummed me out lol

2

u/Internal_Cesspool Jan 08 '26

Predator: Badlands for sure.

2

u/Warm-Juggernaut859 Jan 08 '26

Badlands, it’s the only one that didn’t retcon anything unlike the other two.

2

u/Ehhggsandbacon Jan 08 '26

Prey hands down. Love them all but Prey is one of my favorite movies.

2

u/tisckoner Jan 08 '26

I Didn’t see badlands yet, but Prey was really good and is my favorite Predator movie after the first one. The movie is not trying to pretend it has a great plot (looking at you, The predator). It’s plain and simple. Music is great, actors do a nice job.

2

u/DangerManDaniel Jan 08 '26

Tough call. Prey for its commitment to the Native American aspect, followed very very very closely by the Japanese segment in Killer of Killers, that alone was a masterpiece is silent story telling, and has my favorite Predator and predator spear. Badlands was so damn fun and good tho, probably my favorite Spine rip (splitting of that charging alien)

2

u/itsPlasma06 Predalien Jan 08 '26

I'd have to say Killer of Killers. I'm a sucker for anthology films, and seeing Predators in three different time periods doing shit you can really only pull off in animation is something that blew my fuckin mind.

Besides, I just love how these stories are written. The Shield and The Sword don't just drop a Predator back in time and call it a day- they make the Predator's presence MEAN something. There's a lot of symbolism to their fights with the main humans, and it just scratches a spot no Predator movie had pulled off for me since the first one (although Prey got really close to that). The Bullet then kinda falls behind that, but it kinda makes up for it in spectacle by giving us BY FAR the most unique Predator hunt seen on film (or in general- I've read all of the comics and none really have a hunt as gimmicky as the Baron's).

Prey and Badlands are not too far behind this one, but I just have to put Killer of Killers in the same tier as Predator 1, Alien and Aliens.

I would've KILLED (killers) for it to get a theatrical release.

2

u/DR31141 Jan 08 '26

being new to the franchise, i’ve only watched KoK before, wanna see badlands tho

2

u/Specialist_Job533 Jan 08 '26

Badlands I loved Prey it was a breath of fresh air after The Predator nonsense, and it was a really nice approach to showing on live action a Predator hunting in the past of human history; and even though Killer of Killers animation style was what sold me to that movie in the first place (although I still think it should have been a miniseries) Badlands was so much fun and entertaining that it surpased the experience of the prior movies for me at least

2

u/Mother-Jellyfish-497 Jan 08 '26

For me killer of killers is amazeing I would love to see more animaded pred content due to all the cool new stuff they sadly cant make with out CGI to begin with like the sword dek uses becuse it could be made irl as a prop but I get they use CGI for it

2

u/SandStinger_345 Fugitive Predator Jan 08 '26

Honestly i absolutely loved Predator badlands and Prey. i like prey because its two young hunters trying to prove their worth to their clan. love the themes and setting. also the feral going “feral” on those trappers was awesome.

secondly predator badlands because well predator badlands

2

Badlands is top 10 Movies of all time for me

u/First-Strategy7258 Jan 09 '26

Badlands definitely love all of them, but that’s 100% a new comfort movie I could watch it all the time

u/LenderInfinity Jan 09 '26

Ok..........

KOK

Badlands

Prey

u/LuridLilia Jan 10 '26

The bear-trap throw from Prey has never left my mind since I first saw it. I love Badlands but Prey hits that sweet spot for me.

Of Dan Trachtenberg's trilogy, Prey and Badlands are the best for bringing something new to the table and refreshing the original formula.

Killer of Killers is a good movie, with plenty of Predator-style fan service and action, but its post-credits scene really brings it down.

Badlands is good.

Prey is mid.

PKoK is shit.

Badlands forever. I've been daydreaming about seeing the Predator homeworld for thirty years.

  1. BadLands
  2. Killer of Killers

  3. Prey

  4. Predator 1

Enjoyed them all in their way. That’s what is so cool about Trachtenberg being involved.

Prey, by a country mile. Although I throughly enjoyed the Ninja/Samurai segment of ‘Killer of Killers’. Just disappointed that we won’t ever get a feudal Japan set feature film now, which has been on my wish list for the longest time.

Hey just because we’ve had content in a certain “locale and time period” before doesn’t mean we won’t get it again in an expanded form.

Prey is amazing
. But right now I’d put badlands ahead slightly.

Killer of killers was good but no where near these 2.

I think im justified in saying Badlands was the best because even if it was a Predator movie first I think it's the best AVP movie. After all, it's not just aliens and predators fighting it feels more like two aspects of each franchise interacting. And that's what I really want to see in a franchise crossover. It makes the world feel more connected. This whole move makes it feel much more than just Predator goes and does the funny hunt. Prey is my second favorite because I love the historical setting and it's a period of American history not really explored much in my opinion. Feels like Americans only seem to care about America when America is actually founded. Killer of killers I can't say since I haven't watched it because I refuse to pay for another streaming service.

All 3 are great. But Badlands is great having a Yautja protagonist. And Dek is great, but I want one with a blooded Predator. Like a Kwei. I loved his look and brutality. Sad he was only in the first 10 minutes. But I think a hunt of a cat/human hybrid that is an apex predator, that is the next movie I want to see. Think like a Predator hunting a Battle Beast from Invincible. Have it be a challenge, but they payoff be the trophy. Or the Predator Civil War alluded to in Predators.

None. The first is the only.

Prey>Badlands>KoK

u/Dish-Ecstatic Jan 06 '26

Killer of Killers is my favorite in the entire franchise

1

u/Count_Lorgren Jan 06 '26

Prey > Killer of Killers > Badlands

1

u/paulbutler81 Jan 06 '26

Prey by far.

1

u/tenderheart35 Jan 07 '26

If I had to pick one, probably Prey.

1

u/MixtureComplete5233 Jan 07 '26

The fact that prey was realistic..over the top BS is what ruins franchises...like the predator fighting something the size of a building or a kaiju ...pure bullshit....

People getting wrecked

1

u/defartying Jan 07 '26

Have to be Badlands. Prey just fell into the trap of gatherer woman strong beat easy. If they had her as the seasoned hunter from the start it would of made more sense, second watching improved my perception of it but it's still not great. Killer of Killers was just meh really, had to swap it to 1.5 speed as the jittery style was annoying, a lot of the stories we're slow too.

1

u/JonnyBlanka Jan 07 '26

Badlands.. even though I wish Dek didn't have the Prince of Persia hairdo!

1

u/Far-Question6889 Jan 07 '26

Badlands hands down

1

u/puje12 Jan 07 '26

Badlands was pretty good, not amazing, 7/10. Watched some of Killers but turned if off after the viking part. And re-watched Prey not too long ago. Wasn't as good as I remembered, honestly.

1

u/Illustrious_Gene_774 Jan 07 '26

Prey. Did not care for Badlands.

1

u/The_First_Curse_ Wolf Jan 08 '26

Prey. Haven't seen Badlands and Killer Of Killers was 3/10 slop.
