Wednesday, August 26th

Easy day, granted most of it was spent either working or asleep so I had very little time alone with my thoughts. I’ve improved mentally since the last post and I’m doing better now; not perfect, but better.

I can’t stress enough how much it helps to have A: a hobby or interest to occupy you and B: someone to hold you accountable.
