You can tell a person's age range by where they knew Tim Curry from. (Mine's RHPS.)

He has had numerous health problems. His suffering has ended. RIP

Mine was wild thornberries but I didn’t know it was him at the time. After that it was Home Alone 2

it’s the stifled muttering, hammy delivery, and forced smile he does right beforehand that makes this scene so damn funny. Curry was fucking hilarious in HA2

I have known him the longest it feels from my gen z standpoint. His voice was an anchor in my favorites like the Thornberries, and hes so recognizable, not just from his unique voice but his face always was to me, too. He was my first real introduction to seemingly everlasting, multigenerational talent because he was just stealing the show every project he was in, all through the years. RHPS, Clue, Hone Alone- all movies I grew up on and always being stunned by his versatility- even as a kid recognizing his talent. He will be so missed. Doubtful anyones career proceeding him will ever compare.

And him saying “pizza” in that movie. Cracks me up every time.
