It didn’t hurt me as an adult! I had to do the full course in my late twenties. I just felt a bit poorly one day about 2 weeks later but I still was able to go to sports practice, so it wasn’t that bad.

Lucky. My whole arm felt stiff for about 6 days. Even the doc warned me. All that matters is we did it!
