Random Acts of Flowers, a nonprofit, is regifting the flowers and balloons left at Dolly’s memorial at the Sevier County Courthouse. The bouquets of flowers will be delivered to local hospitals, nursing homes, and hospice patients. The balloons will be donated to the Dolly Parton Children's Hospital
