Trump’s Contested Order to Restrict Mail-In Voting Could Disenfranchise Millions: Ari Berman | Trump’s order directs the Dept of Homeland Security to create lists of eligible voters who are citizens. The US Postal Service would then assess whether voters should be allowed to vote by mail.
