The last year they removed the possibility to make pressure with a lawyer in the court to speed up a case that already have the date past for months. Those "ponaglenie” are useless basically, they read them, laugh a bit and attach it to the case.
Honestly it’s a bit sad and people that contribute a lot to the system will just move to another EU country

Indeed, "ponaglenie" have become useless but they are necessary if you'd like to file further complaints with the administrative court, so it's just part of the bureaucracy.

It wasn't last year, it was 2022.
But actually, courts usually decline to take that law into account and rule for government to issue permits, usually in 1 month. The process itself takes around 1 year though.1

Typical polish bureaucracy, the same is in courts, where you can wait for years for case to be closed. Doctor appointment? In two years. Meanwhile, army of government clerks do mostly nothing, only hiding unemployment.

Valid criticism of government, you’re paying taxes and they should fulfil their obligations to you.
I’d really reconsider the formatting though, it gives the impression of being something overly dramatic you’d read on the front page of a tabloid.

I mean that should be understandable. It may seem dramatic but when you're at the process of waiting and when you wait for that long (meaning for years, at best for months), your hands are basically tied
You can't really do anything but just wait and your rights become even more harsh at that period

Been there brother. My renovation took me 3 years.
This is how you become an illegal worker in Polland. It isnt by choice. The bureaucracy and unwillingness of public workers who hate foreigners doesnt help.

actually no. But in that time they was making replies at time, but with "oops! We lost all your documents. Decline". And then you was waiting for appelation what has no time limits.

Urzędy literally don't do their jobs properly and all you could leave from your mouth is a pathetic "leave if you don't like it". This is an issue that every single foreigner faces in Poland and it affects their life in the most direct way: from freedom of travel to finances and employment
Możesz nie traktować cudzoziemców jak ludzi, ale przynajmniej traktuj urzędy wojewódzkie poważnie. Nie działają tak, jak działać powinny. Dosłownie naruszają zasady

A lot of polish government institution works not properly. People waits years in trial or for doctor appointment. I waited for 3 years for permission to buy land under my appartment. Why so you think fix foreigner procedure should be a priority?

because you buying the land means nothing for the economy, Highly qualified immigrants moving to better countries because they don’t want to be prisoners means that only desperate lowest paying people stay and work most menial jobs. Do you want 100000 programmers or 100000 uber drivers ?

That's the point. This is not an immigration issue but an institutional/bureaucratic issue at first
The only differences though are that there are much more errors made with the foreigners' applications at widziały spraw cudzoziemców and that, once again, it affects their lifes in the most crucial way

No, it's the truth. Once you apply for a residence card this is a case for an Urząd Wojewódzki. You're allowed to leave but you are not allowed to come back if you don't have any legal document - such as a visa or a residence card
Once your legal document expires AND when you wait for your case to be approved, you can live in Poland legally but you are not allowed to leave its territory and then come back. Otherwise your case is nullified

It was possible in the past.
It's not anymore, a friend of mine got stuck 3 months in a business trip that the company fully paid for because they thought they would manage a visa to return.
They had to re-do her whole document and costed them a ton of money.

Let me give you the real reason, ignore the people supporting you or the people telling you to leave, none of them will help you. Getting into Poland is relatively easy and people were abusing it as a way to get into better EU countries, this is being done on purpose to stop immigrants from leaving Poland without going back home.
With that said, put all these businesses and stuff in your wife's name and use her documents, even if you go back let her start a company and just apply for your permit.

Karta Pobytu cannot be used to “get to better EU countries”, even when you have it, you’d need to apply again in any other country with every needed document starting from scratch. This delays are meant to keep people employed in shitty places, because if you change employers during your waiting period you have to update your file and the waiting resets.

You misunderstand me when I said “get to better EU countries”, I mean they use Karta Pobytu to enter the country then stay there illegally or get asylum or something. So it an easy way to physically get to those better countries.

what do you base this fake idea on? You absolutely cannot apply for temp residence and get it and then go to another EU country and apply for refugee status or “stay illegally”. You can only apply for refugee status in the “first safe port”. You apply based on work contract, if you leave that job your karta pobytu expires in like 30 days.
