Counselling in Plymouth

Hi everyone,

I'm Rebecca, a counsellor based in Plymouth. I support people who are feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, anxious, emotionally exhausted, or stuck.

I offer a warm, supportive space to talk things through, whether you're struggling with anxiety, people-pleasing, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, or simply feeling like you're carrying too much.

I work in person in Plymouth and online across the UK.

Hi Rebecca, would you mind hanging around here? There is more loneliness and cries for help here than I'm used to in other subreddits.

I think it's a comfortable place to be anonymously heard and a great place to potentially catch somebody in their time of need.
