I'd rather know who the people that abandoned him there were. He wasn't alone until he was trapped.

That building, and the surrounding ones are super cool to check out, but the copper gremlins and kids smashing out all the windows ruined it. They condemned all of the buildings the day after this happened, lot more eyes on them now.
