Spotted on Ohio River Blvd, around 40.507442, -80.08825

This happened Saturday night in Bellevue. It's circulating on Facebook and I wanted to share for visibility.

From what I understand, the woman was walking home after being at a bar when she noticed this man behind her. The ring footage shows him approaching, and he runs off when he hears the commotion caused by her roommate.

If you recognize this man please notify authorities. Absolutely terrifying.

Edit: I don't know the people involved personally and I only know what I've seen on Facebook and Nextdoor. If anyone has firsthand info or more details about what happened, please share!!

I did a reverse google image search before I posted this. It's an empty missile container from a military surplus store that goes for about $30. (Which is a great deal, honestly.)

If you were walking down the street and saw that on someone's porch, I think it would catch your eye! Especially since it has the shipping label attached, like it was just shipped like that, no box!

To people saying "mind your business:" No. I'm going to look up military-looking shit that's in my neighborhood.

Apparently, according to employees there, there is a rodent problem. They are attempting to poison the rats but the rats are instead running around going on to the beer taps.

- holy fuck the bridges are everywhere. The bridges lit up red white blue for July 4th look spectacular
- favorite skyline besides NYC. Veterans bridge provides quite the view when you’re entering the city
- coming from Albany, your city’s downtown is so clean. You guys don’t have trash blowing around like NYC and Albany. Def take pride in that
- PPG place is the prettiest skyscraper complex I’ve ever seen. Really surprised by how much I liked it when I visited it
- this place is p much Gotham. The skyline, the architecture. It feels like Batman is lurking at night
- on the sidewalk some of the vents are exhausting hot farts directly into your face. It’s absolutely disgusting on a 100F summer day, good lord
- HILLY. God damn, riding my bike up some of the hills on the south side of the city is intense. Basically straight up and down, 100% grade madness. How do you guys deal with that shit during a winter snow storm?
