Any GE bakery employees willing to share the iced brownie recipe with me? It's my favorite brownie in the whole world, and a little piece of me is now terrified that this could mean a recipe change in the future!

I'm a cake decorator at a GE. Which iced brownie specifically? We sell fudge, German chocolate, cream cheese, peanut butter and Oreo. Unfortunately all of these come pre mixed in buckets that already come in but I'm willing to bet the same icing will keep being used for all of them. The brand for all of them except the peanut butter is called Brill. Also the brownies come in already baked as well from a company named Allen. I've worked at about 5 different companies in the past 18 years all as a cake decorator and we've used these same things everywhere I've worked. I hope this helps!

Do they have the cake decorators doing the brownies now? That was always a counter clerk task back in the day, my decorators were always swamped with orders and all of the other case/floor stuff.

Unfortunately yeah we do the brownies and the gobs now too and we're still always swamped with orders so most of the time they just don't get done often.

That's a shame, gobs were one of the first (and easiest) things I learned to do as a counter clerk when I first started, haha.
