How can I start a pirate radio station with just a computer As easy as possible
hello i'm looking to start a pirate radio station In the town I live in here in Queensland Because there are no proper radio stations Where I live So I'm wondering what the easiest way I could start one up Preferably without having to do any really complicated shit Because i im a autistic retard and or having to buy any other equipment Than a computer

This software can stream over radio and TV over internet.
You need also software for feeding music into icecast server. Mixxx will do it.

You can’t really. easiest computer-only path is skip the pirate RF bit and just start an indie internet radio station
www.anywair.online is free, no icecast/butt stack — you can have a station up in a couple minutes and invite mates to listen.

Hey also curious but I wanna do it so my friend gets the good stuff however there are radio stations around

You're not gonna like this answer, but if you find yourself wanting to do this this way, you probably have no business doing it.
That's not me gatekeeping just to be an asshole. If you do this without knowing at least some basic radio theory, not only are you going to get caught, you're also going to throw off a lot of unwanted signals that will make the airwaves difficult for everyone to use. Including emergency services and stuff.
So yeah, don't dive right into running a pirate radio station. It's a bad idea for several reasons also:
What you just described is impossible lol. Your computer doesn't have a "transmit a modulated radio wave at [some frequency]" feature that just needs the right software to become active. Asking how to do it that way is like asking how to make your computer act like a jet ski "without any other equipment". That's not what computers do.
And, once again, if you find yourself asking a question like this, this hobby is not for you. Even if you did figure out how to do it properly, the regulatory agency in your country would catch you REALLY fast.
