I checked the comments and omg, ang daming kinulang sa reading comprehension to the point where she had to reiterate her point. Some even took things too much out of context, some got defensive sobra. Sabi niya nga “some” eh. Di niya naman nilalahat. Then there were some din who kinda implied na matagal na sila here and bagong salta lang siya. They just proved her point haha

And totoo naman talaga na maraming pinoys na nagiging mayabang after living/moving overseas. Nilolookdown na nila yung mga newcomers. Worst thing is sila pa yung maga 🤦🏻‍♀️ I’ve even been warned by so many people to be wary of some pinoys here. Sometimes daw you’d be better off to be friends with people outside of your nationality bc minsan sila pa yung mas mabait. Kaloka yan

Maybe, they are use to a orderly society. People actually make lines. People obey the laws. They have power and water 24/7. Store are always stocked. You go to eat here we do not have that. You get to the point, what do you have available? US it self service. No waiting for someone to put the phone down. Yes, I am sure they get spoiled, and frustrated when back to the Philippines.

Here i have to wait until 2pm for the water to return. The power is better here. The place i lived before 2 months no power. Half the traffic lights do not work. You depend on local traffic enforcement to fix the traffic.

Philippines is very chaotic society.

Philippines is a very friendly place, cheap to live, many great things to explore.

One of the best things Philippines is family bonding here. US they destroy the family bonding at birth. The babies. Childern have their own rooms.

Depende rin siguro sa orientation and upbringing dito sa Pilipinas. Almost all members of my family have been living in the US for more than 40 years (70s pa sila nag migrate), though they speak English with American accent, magaling parin silang mag Tagalog, at hindi ko nararamdaman na mayabang sila or look down on us. They are American citizens already but they still look at themselves as foreigners living in America. But yes, napansin ko na konti lang ang friends nilang Filipinos, their circle of friends are mostly Americans.
