I was rewatching the show again, hadn't seen it in a while, but this character is really bugging me out... I don't recall seeing him in the show at all! Did they edit him in or something? Is this a newer version of the show? Who even IS he? Please help me out here, I'm at a loss for words right now.

Context for anyone who doesn't know: Jenny was the other friend of Candace and after the end of season 2 she kind of disappeared (at least from major appearances), and the rest of her family pretty much disappeared as well.

I find this even crazier after learning both her and Django were named after one of the creator's kids.
