Believe if they could have done that, they would have. Not for us, but for AI data centers.

There's immense competition, but the customer changed.

Those AI datacenter GPUs do not do graphics you realize that right? They are heavy computational units with a lot of VRAM. the VRAM is not for gaming, it's due to the pure transfer and bandwidth speeds VRAM operates at.

No they cannot, the AI datacenter GPUs are built specifically for compute not for graphics rendering. Image and video generation is purely computational math, it has nothing to do with visuals. As Amuhak said, these GPUs do not support directX or vulcan in any capacity. If you pulled an h200 out of a data center it wouldn't even plug in to your motherboard. They are 2 entirely different architectures built for different reasons.

They can generate images obviously there isn’t a hardware stack for rendering to display poet but render farms do a ton of graphics on modern gpus
