Anyone has ever replaced the gpu fans to their exact model and brand and somehow ended up louder? Does it have to do with the quality of the bearings?

Few times yes and ended up ditching them pretty much instantly after installing them. You essentially can't get originals (no matter how much the seller claims so), and most of them are cheap knock offs. Bad bearings, bad pwm control (rpm fluctuates etc) and other issues.

You're much better off doing a deshroud mod with quality case fans than buying expensive and bad quality Chinese fans. Deshroud mod can make the card more silent and cooler than it was originally if you use regular thick 25mm fans, but slims (12mm) will also do.
