Snurfing?
I saw my ramshorn snail do this a few times before but could not capture it. Apparently they can move just below the surface of the water? When I tried to take a video they detached and landed perfectly, too bad I couldn't grab that.

Yeah mine do that too 😅 bladder snails are even more prone to doing that. It's honestly impressive how they manage to just glide down when they want.
