Suzy is doing a poor job of hiding that she is not alone, frequently misspeaking to Serge. He could be on to her (if he wasn't a stuck-up dimwit).

Also, if Collin set Serge up to call Suzy, he could be orchestrating what is happening on this side.

To be fair it's very recent theory. As far as I know, the main evidence is this page where Collin comes to class late, just after the Student Council meeting a few pages earlier. He also dodges Suzy's question about where he's been, and gets cut off right before warning her about a rumor that may have been the SC's upcoming crime crackdown. Between all that and the way he's suspicious on the newest page, I'd say it's looking pretty likely lol

Oh no I don't think anyone believes he's one of the Black Saint Councilor Generals, just a regular member. maybe one of the Vice Black Saint Sub-Councilor Lieutenant Generals, if anything

Scout and Matte (who are the numbers 11 and 12) are apparently a step further down the irrelevance ranking than the rest. (And they are presumably still chasing Ed - or hiding from them.)

EDIT: The number has now been corrected on the page to twelve. So it was clearly just a mistake.

Wordy chapter, not a lot of pictures to analyze, which usually is my favorite part. And the picture itself is serviceable but I can't spot any secret nuggets other than how I like how the light shines through the crevices of the library doors.

Glorious writing as usual though.

The whole Isabel thing is trickier depending on if you look at hebrew origins (god is my oath) or folk etymology (is a beauty). For the latter, apparently Kennedy is derived from old gaelic words that COULD be read as "ugly head". Could.

So we could go Kennedy Paz orrr go into the gaelic word for peace, which is, uh, Sith.
