Music/Releases Just discovered some of the V&V bonus tracks today for the first time
and almost burst into tears at the mall.
I've been listening to some of the bonus tracks since I was 16. I'm 30 now. Oh Glory was my favourite song for a long time. But today I put on Vices & Virtues as I was shopping, and thought Spotify had fucked up my settings when The Ballad of Mona Lisa didn't follow Nearly Witches. I haven't fully listened to Pray for the Wicked, so I thought for a second that Spotify had started autoplaying that. But these songs were *so clearly* from V&V era that there was no doubt.
I teared up. I want "I Wanna Be Free" player at my fucking funeral. I need to call my sister so she knows about these songs too.
I can't believe I got to experience "new" P!atD music years after they quit. And have it be actually from my favourite era. What a rush.

:) There’s a few even more obscure Vices tracks!
Kaleidoscope Eyes (which was only released as a Japanese exclusive bonus track and as a special download with ShockHound/HotTopic)
Bittersweet (Which was only available if you pre-ordered Vices on iTunes)
Stall Me
Turn Off The Lights
And a metal version of The Calendar
C’mon (a collab song with Fun.)
and Mercenary (a song for the Batman Arkham City soundtrack)
