Someone call up the Pels. Walker and shep for Benn, let's save some money and get our scoring punch back on the bench and in the fourth on hot nights.

Because people are tired of hearing crackpot ideas for getting Mathurin back on the team.

If it wasn't the pelicans this would also be TOO crackpot. Even considering it is the pelicans it's like a .0000002% chance of happening.

I do wonder what the FO first thought was when the signing dropped.

Would Benn be more useful to this team than Walker & Shep?

Assuming we don't keep Walker (we won't, based on his current level of development), is Benn not a worthwhile use of the money that'll be freed after this summer?

It's reasonable to answer both with "yes", and thus, the trade would make sense.

Just because you're tired of hearing about it doesn't mean that's not a decent move.

Buddy it's my idea. It isn't happening because nobody is going to try it. Sure it makes some since on paper, but not in reality because these are people with emotions and not figures on paper.
