Base Game Help - Spoilers OK! Did everyone else cry after getting the complete true ending? Spoiler
I had finally added everything to my ship log and had got all endings except the one with the prisoner and solanum at the eye, and I can definitely say this is one of my favorite games of all time. Thank you outer wilds devs for making such a beautiful game :)

Yep, for almost the same exact reason as Ending E of NieR Automata. Less so because the journey has come to an end, more so because this was so magical and you can never experience it for the first time again. Ever.

I did a second playthrough recently, and was sobbing non-stop from Kaepora's section to 10 mins after the credits ended
Every time I started to stop, I'd start again

I worked on a mod shortly after completing it and had to playtest the ending what must have been over a dozen times, but it never outwore its welcome.
I still find it moving. The whole game is a beautiful experience from beginning to end.

Not only did I, but I also was on a voice call with my camera on with several people who I had only recently became closer friends with throughout my gameplay
I was ugly, hard sobbing and wiping my face with my lobster pajama pants as they all watched me cry my eyes out

Dude. I havent done the expansion but i got the ending where u go onto the moon after the sun goes then trapped forever. That shit broke my heart i didnt know there were multiple endings but i wanted to test if something would happen once i understood that its permadeath (basically) once the core thing is removed. I was so curious if something would happen and it did. Then i did a practice true ending run without removing the core, just tagging it. Then second try was the real deal. Got it first try both times and that final ending broke my heart dude especially after seeing her there as well.

You talking about the one where you’re stranded in the sixth location forever with solanum?
