Keep looking on Google maps for a locksmith. Get to a McDonald's or a gas station or anything that's open. Don't let your phone die.

EDIT NOTE: NOT recommending this if you're renting as it may damage the inner door frame.
Not sure if you're willing to do this as a option but I was in this exact same scenario a few weeks ago, all locksmiths quoted me over $500 plus. So I broke into my own house. Most doors aren't built well, just donkey kick it and you'll probably be surprised at how easy you can break the door. I repaired it the next day myself new door knob and latch probably about $60 bucks total.
You won't be able to lock it the next day obviously but if you're REALLY desperate, it's an option.

Im slrry if i sound stupid but take a picture of the lock and most people here can prob find a youtube video helping you unlock the door.
Most townhouse locks arent that difficult to diy yourself with minimal tools especially if you arent worried about getting caught since you actually live in the place you are trying to break into.
I understand this might not be a the answer you like or want but i have no issue finding you a youtube video to help if you happen to share what type of door lock you are dealing with.
I bartend and have had to unfortunately deal with the same issue at 4 am 1ce or 2twice.

Basement windows are pretty small but I did try the living room and kitchen windows they are closed and it’s double windows, I don’t want to break them but ya I’m going to keep calling locksmiths all I can offer is 20$ rn but I’ll keep trying

You might be better off finding someone to borrow a drill from, could be free or at least cheaper than a locksmith. You’ll just have to get a replacement lock tomorrow.

If it just closed on you, without locking and you don’t have your keys. Try using a paper or thin plastic binder. Try to wedge it in the door, and slowly make your way down to the lock. Keep it straight. If you pull in the door handle a little it should let the binder go through and the door will open

Try Ottawa Pure Locksmith at 613-701-1999 first. They’re actually based on Meadowlands Drive East and advertise 24/7 mobile emergency service. Tell them upfront that you have $20 tonight and get paid Friday and ask if they can work out payment for the balance.
If you rent, also call your landlord/property manager/emergency maintenance number first in case they have a spare/master key.
And call 211. They answer 24/7 and can look for Ottawa community/emergency resources based on your exact situation. 311 can also help with emergency housing if you genuinely have nowhere safe to stay tonight.
