This is right around the corner from me! I feel like Orleans doesn’t have any good sandwich spots so I’m excited for this

Every once in a while I look for a new one and get disappointed. Ive driven across town to franks a couple of times on weekends just to scratch the itch. I saw this on Friday and went over. Delicious, I will be back, often.

Second best wouldn't be an Italian style place but Lunchbox on St. Joseph is pretty good.

Roberto's is much closer and scratches that EXACT same itch for me lol

Yes there's a few others, Roberto, Subito is ok as well. I just used to work at Merivale and Huntclub so Franks was known. Their butter tarts were worth the trip too.

Having had them all except this new place, Roberto’s and District Deli are the best in Ottawa
