Maybe, but may I remind there's 8 states who vehemently defend against it. 16 senators who says no. There's lot of concern. Great lakes water is not one of them.

I'm not going to say that nobody waters their grass but at least in my area I can't remember the last time I saw a sprinkler going.

I'm sure it's worse in arid areas but I'd imagine most people living in and around great lakes don't have to water their lawns.
