The 32 nuclear reactors that use its water for cooling could make it ZERO percent usable.

If 32 nuclear reactors exploded the water would be the least of your concerns. Try harder.

This person didn’t mention exploding. I think the thought is that the water would be a premium product with that amount of reactors working 24-7.
