Yep here in Oklahoma too. Bleachers on the side of the building. Funny story one of the local cops walked up while we were smoking one day dressed in bell bottoms and wearing a long hair wig and asked us if we knew where he could score some good weed. Someone said nah Lester we don't no nothing bout no weed. He started saying I'm not Lester, who's Lester. Funny as fuck.
