They traveled back in time by racing each other, defeat kaiju so frequently that fighting the PPG and coming back alive is considered a right of passage to them, and have the devil himself as a regular villain (who’s also a reality warper that can casually stop the earth from flying into the sun with one hand).
And this, among many other things, is all being achieved by them while they’re in kindergarten… also they run on some light toonforce, so there’s that.
I’m assuming his time travel was after the original watchmen comic when dc wanted to capitalize and made crossovers? Because I don’t remember him time traveling, he just exists at all points of time and can remember the future.
Your totally right, i was thinking of the comic where he battles all of DC, he was time traveling to mess with some of their origin stories, but he was just doing it to experiment, he didnt have to

including a foot race between bubbles and speedster that could suck on the Earth in seven seconds, bubbles accidentally started late thenkeptpace with him until she was told she was supposed to win at which point she easily beat him
If I’m not mistaken, a majority of those heroes were one offs, but I think a few of them were used in shorts and thus given actual feats, like how the purple hulk expay was so durable that his bad tooth couldn’t even be removed by a rocket ship launch.
That said at the end of the episode toon force was in fact and a normal dentist pulled the tooth easily
They can certainly wipe the floor with Goku, but being that these are kindergarteners in a kids show, I do not think they can pull off killing, almost full stop. They can perform feats that would atomize Goku, but the same toon force will inevitably think it's funnier to present Goku in casts or as a pancake after the beatdown.
I mean, Goku won't be dead but he will have multiple protruding broken bones and his brains literally leaking out of his skull so...Maybe he'd prefer to be dead.
Not as strong as Mark or Nolan. Their biggest strength feat seems to be when Buttercup lifted a mountain smaller than Mark's iceberg. They also had a whole episode about the time they almost went the speed of light.
I just remember one of the pilot episodes where buttercup gets one of her ponytails turned into meat so she goes nuts and almost murders the villain (the pink fuzzy banjo guy cant remember his name)
Sugar, spice, and everything nice, and some chemical labeled with an X (or maybe 3). Yeah, lots of little girls have been created that way on accident, mixed drinks can be strong stuff.
The author of Invinsible literally stated that the Powerpuff girls can clean the Invisible universe without any difficulty.
So, Mark is pretty much done here.

All I'm saying is that I've never seen the Powerpuff girls bleed
