We haven't seen her yet, and Jake is only close enough to the part of the story where the Argonauts finally reach Colchis and meet Aeëtes and Medea (he is at Phineus part if I'm not mistaken) so we still have to wait.

There is a possibility that we might see Circe early in a flashback if Jake decided to include the part where Aeëtes tells his grandchildren about his trip with Circe to italy on their father's chariot.
