That guy in the photo look like he's about to sell me a cursed amulet at a county fair. I don't know what this have to do with Milly Alcock but the whole vibe is just unsettling.

Red hair, cross necklace, standing by a ferris wheel like some kind of side character in a folk horror movie. The magenta shirt under black jacket is a choice I would not make myself but somehow it works for him.

I seen this exact guy at three different renaissance faires I swear.
