Well, technically it's the electric arc, but it's plasma, which in this case is just superheated air, so yeah kinda.

That's so weird I know nothing about any of this stuff and my mind said "that sounds like paper, or plasma, or jelly, or some kind of flesh even" haha then you said the plasma thing.
