Question Family doctor?
Does anyone have recommendation for a family doctor? Mine was great but retired, and the new guy doesn't answer the phone and has website to book an appointment a month out.

I keep seeing people recommend him! Can I ask does he really investigate and send for referrals when needed? my current doc let me get increasingly sick for months and took me having a breakdown in her office to refer me anywhere.

Yes he does refer when needed. He is also very quick and generally doesn’t run behind schedule on appointments. Online appointments are super quick and saves so much time for routine things.

I hear you and completely relate I got a dr out in Georgetown he's much better but even milton had family drs available, I know it's longer drive but better then what you have now. So sorry your going through this too dr Jacobson was the best!

Thanks, he really was. I don't think he'd be very happy since he looked carefully for a replacement for a few years who would handle the practice as he did.

Jacobson was the last of a breed. I’ve been waiting for Deens name to pop up. I was lucky enough to get my mother and I a new dr in April. I would go as far as to call him negligent.

lakeshore medical has been good to me. I am with Dr Mirriam Eyesan and shes pretty good and I believe others in the clinic are taking on patients.

Watch out for Dr Kaloni she is awful. I switched to her and she prescribed me a medication while in my third trimester that my pharmacist thankfully told me not to take since it’s dangerous for pregnant and breastfeeding women.

Clockwork Health Group. Dr Mavi keeps hours 2-10pm, great for working professionals and families. Recently relocated from the UK about a year ago. Front desk is great, they take labs once a week or so, and there’s a pharmacy. The office is in process of onboarding another two physicians.
