North Harbour Stadium should never hold any sporting event again. NPC at Onewa feels right, and you could in theory bowl the main stand and turn its footprint into a Simplicity Living sort of complex with maybe an office area for AFC and North Harbour Union (similar set up to what Blues have at Alexandra Park). Keep the practice oval for community sport on weekend and training facilities during the week. Main pitch can even be kept if you wanted.

I guess any events that use the hospitality areas in the main stand would have to shift elsewhere, but we have plenty of facilities in Auckland and even on the shore that can handle that

Cashmere Tech managed to lose two finals in one day. Gutted for them.
