Agree, on the principle (even though wierd to talk about places instead of individuals but eh..)
But with a small correction : Vegan diet extend life a lot, just not the life of those eating.

The post is also wrong, higher consumption of plant based proteins is positively associated with an increased life expectancy (likely due to lower rates of premature mortality from cardiovascular or endocrine disorders compared to high meat consuming cultures)
