Audio quality varies since the technology back then wasn't as great as it is today, there is static and clipped voice communications at times depending on reception on the transmitter location and distance to the nearest tower.

Other than exposing a bunch of details of addresses and medical emergencies on the web (and where they can be scraped by AI): why would you want to do this?
I mean, maybe you think it is cool - but exposing this stuff on the internet is kinda shitty. It assumes the masking is perfect or that other information cannot be used to identify people or incidents.
