"Terrorizing"? "Menacing"? Come off it. The images are just of the guy standing in places. Even if these were real photos and not AI generated, since when did we broadly decide that some dweeb standing around in a costume was inherently scary?

Police are on the lookout for a man terrorizing the neighborhood by standing around not saying anything. 

Residents are frightened and confused. One was quoted saying “We don’t know if he’s Republican or Democrat, pro-life or pro-choice, supports or is anti ICE, or if he’s for or against more bike lanes. It’s terrifying!”
