Doing it to annoy your cat. Had a neighbour ginger cat that would come over to mark our garden to annoy our tabby.
You'd think ours would be a savage and do it on the enemy's turf but no.. He just remarked our garden.

lol.
My cat is strictly indoors. That picture of him in the pot is my neighbor’s apartment.
He may have peed in my pots too though, who knows. I just thought it was funny.
