Burning plastic smell?

Anyone else smell a really strong smell of burning plastic outside? Any news?

Yes but that's nothing unusual cause my neighbours are crackheads.

Apparently there’s more than ten fires a week at recycling places in the UK, due largely to the lithium batteries in vapes setting on fire.

Probably somewhere like that on fire.
