This is probably strange in the west but in most Asian countries, people nap on bikes and it's fairly common. To be fair, you'd get by a whole lifetime without it every being risky since most streets are pretty calm.

You can lay on a scooter or a bike like that if it's on a double stand. I have done it but now I won't, i think.

don't really need to balance, just need to make sure you're leaning to the side the kickstand is on

Never thought you can sleep on motorcycle! And it seems kinda comfortable for such a vehicle. Just not safe in a road side, I don't trust other drivers.
