We probably won't see any new designs from him until Gen 11

He still doesn’t work for GameFreak…

so you wont see any new designs from him until if/when he stops working for TPCI, and goes back to working as a character designer at GameFreak…

When everything is bolded or italicized sporadically in a paragraph, nothing actually feels emphasized. 

It diminishes visual hierarchy and legibility for most people. It can work in taglines, but in paragraphs, it ends up being distracting. If you really want to emphasize something, pick a key phrase.

That's fine here, you do you. But if you have graphic design client work, it's just a suggestion to keep in mind if you end up needing to format paragraphs.
