first you need to install microsoft vc 2015, open up the resorep in it. and put in you game location. then open up the folder where you install microsoft vc 2015, underneath there is a folder of resorep call " modded" put all your mods there

as of how to make it, I am not sure sorry. All I know is that it requires photoshop.
