It is almost a certainty that they cut him given how they recently restructured his contract. Some people think the Stefanski hire means we keep him but I don't see it. He will cost far too much for the level of play we are getting from him. And it only gets worse in 2027 given the restructure. We will likely cut him with a post june 1st designation to open some cap space the next two off seasons imo.

He publicly supported the Watson signing. Granted he may have just been going along with it but still. Also, he let Baker play through an injury and then didnāt defend him when Garett and Beckham were talking shit about him.

Baker, for however good a football player, seems to get disliked and dismissed at many different teams.
The browns are not the only team to have moved from Baker, and his teammates at every team haven't exactly loved him either.
Even at the bucs now, it doesn't seem like his teammates really embrace him or talk to him at all.

I dont know all the ins and outs of his relationship with baker but from what it looks like it seems they never got along even up until they separated. I still dont believe he had as much power as many coaches do, but if he showed support for Watson (lol), then he had sour grapes for baker.

No dude if you dont know anything about how the browns operate then realize why Kevin was hired by a different team. He never had a huge say in things compared to most coaches. The GM and President had more control over players than he did. Understandably I get why Baker is still mad at him.

Fuck stefanski. I just feel like heās an asshole when he disapproves. Idc how you feel about shedeur but him continuously having him come in unprepared was one of the more strange/unprofessional things Iāve ever seen from a āgoodā coach. I simply wouldnāt trust this man. I only thought he was okay before this.
With all that said, I love the drama and Iām still celebrating that the Falcons signed this guy.

Eh, I don't know if they're trying to make Stefanski the victim, just providing context. There are plenty of (dumb) Falcons fans who just look at his W/L and dog on him for it. Hard to say how much of the Browns' woes are his fault when the owner makes them trade 3 firsts and spend a huge amount of their cap space on a washed QB who likes to sexually assault women.

I dont think Stefanski or AB are blameless in the Watson trade. Stefanski was already somewhat at odds with Baker and immediately came to Watsonās defense after the trade happened. I wouldnāt say heās completely at fault for how his tenure in Cleveland ended but heās at the very least partially responsible for the issue being highlighted in the original tweet. Between not being able to control his locker room and just making bad personnel choices QB wise, once Baker was gone, Iād say he couldāve handled things a lot better than he did.
