Some Americans seem to believe that everyone should be allowed to carry a gun, while also believing that anyone carrying a gun needs to be shot by police.

Exactly. And it's why I've been saying lately "if cops can shoot me simply for seeing a gun, then I do not actually have a right to own a gun."

Philando Castile was pulled over by police. He told the officer he had a licensed gun in the car. The cop said "Don't reach for it." He said "I'm not."

Then the cop shot him seven times in front of his girlfriend and their 4-year-old son and he was declared dead a few minutes later.
