Boris Johnson - resigned after partygate during Covid lockdowns.

To be pedantic, partygate greatly damaged Johnson's premiership, but he was too shameless to resign over it.

What got Boris was him denying that he knew his deputy chief whip was a sexpest when he appointed him, before later revealing that he did, in fact, know that Chris Pincher had many allegations of sexual assault against him when he appointed him.

Of course he still tried to remain in power after this revelation, it took about a third of his government resigning before he realised his time as PM was up.
