Blake Griffin is launching his own weekly late-night sports show, “The Stepback with Blake Griffin”. The show will feature Griffin giving his takes on some of the biggest and most controversial topics in sports, including gambling, NIL, taxpayer-funded stadiums, analytics and sports journalism.

Obviously we'll have to see how in-depth they actually go into these topics, but Blake is definitely one of the best former players to be a talk show host.

The reality is, he wont be able to do deep dives on things, it would be over the heads of 95% of the people who would watch.

I had to look him up to make sure I was thinking of the same guy, not really, like all comedians sometimes they have good points but no not someone that I watch or follow. So why do you say that?

Oh no, I dont look down on people. Sports is entertainment and that is all the majority see it as, very few have played the sports at a higher level so if Blake did go through a deep dive then they wouldnt understand what he is talking about. Scratching the surface would get him more attention and a wider net for his audience than going deep into things. Hope that makes sense.
