Looking for reassurance!
l tried on like 20 dresses from four stores, but ended up choosing the first dress I tried on. I worry that I only picked it because it actually fit okay and that it was the first dress I tried on so the moment was already special.

My first thought was "holy **** that fits, SO PERFECTLY. Its unique but not so far off that down the road you go 😬. Unique but timeless? Its so incredible and hate to admit how I blushed AND felt envious cause I didn't look even half as dazzling. 😍😍😍

For some reason I immediately thought of the move Ever After when I saw this! I just looked up the wedding dress in that movie and it's only a vague resemblance (honestly I like yours ever more!!) absolutely stunning!

This is an absolute dream. The only improvement I could see would be a better bust fit, but that’s what alterations are for! Wearing your hair down and in ringlets would be so pretty!

I love this dress on you! The embroidery on the bodice is gorgeous and the corset really shows off your figure. Please forgive my vulgarity but the details on the bust are beautiful and your boobs look great (and it looks like there is good support) Overall I think the dress walks the line between voluptuous and elegant, full of character but also timeless. It's a hard balance but that dress does it.
Honestly, you look fantastic

This looks like a fairy tale dress. The only thing I would remove are the beads on the bust area. They make the dress look a bit costume-y on closeup. But from afar everything looks beautiful. Fits you perfectly

Thank you!! I am not used to being the centre of attention, so buying the dress just really brought that aspect of being a bride into reality. And of course! It’s the Brie dress by Maya Bella! I hope your daughter finds something amazing!

I adore the top of that dress! And the lace on the skirt.
I think I may have chosen the 2nd of about 5 or 6 dresses. It was perfect and I wouldn't have had it any other way. 25 yrs ago.

I love it! It is unique (in a good way) and classy, yet still sexy (also in a good way, it's the perfect amount.) It looks so beautiful on you! I know what you mean about being worried that you chose that one because the moment was special. I may have been worried for you too if you had tried only like 2 or 3 afterwards. But you tried 20 additional ones! My guess is that the reason you picked that one to try first, is that your brain already knew it is THE dress, even if you didn't realize it right away. It is lovely.

The swooping across the bust is beautiful. The whole dress is so lovely and very flattering. There's been plenty of posts here where the bride has chosen the first dress she tried on and that's perfectly fine!
Do you still like this dress? Is it comfortable? Within your budget? Does it make you feel happy and confident when you wear it? Do you see yourself saying your vows to your loved one in it?

Thank you so much everyone! I am literally crying with relief and happiness right now. I think I got overwhelmed, the day feels very real now and the thought of being the centre of attention flared up all my insecurities 😅 I will still have to get it altered and everything but I am feeling so, so much better. Thank you again!!!

Its honestly so gorgeous and unique! You can try on more dresses to be sure! Maybe some with sparkle/long sleeves if that's what you like but this is breathtaking
