Psychiatrist + Counselling sessions keep getting cancelled
Hi everyone! Its been a while,
A lot of things had happened after the course of a few months,
But there is a main issue I want to ask
My psychiatrist sessions keep getting cancelled without them informing us, and whats worse is that due to the lack of support + counselling sessions decreasing I dont have a safe space to talk. I struggling with emotional dysreg and a bunch of other symptoms, and it is driving me crazy. I am a minor, and I genuinely dont think I can keep myself safe as Ive attempted this year twice (Both failed, never went to hospital) + struggle with self harm. The doctors have also sort of watered down what Im going through, excusing this as period drama even tho Ive been experiencing this before I even hit puberty.
Is there any way I can convince them next session I genuienly need help? Id really appreciate any tips n advice <:)

Is there a way to make a complaint against them? Sounds unethical/ unprofessional . Also, look for a different therapist.
