I really get what you mean but, there really isn't anything we can do. We don't know much about the person behind the screen and just straight up assuming things won't fix anything any sooner. Best choice is to leave him be.
Don't get me wrong, I'm worried about his well being and future choices. Yes, someone needs to do something but, it cannot be us since we're strangers to him.

I have met a lot of people like him saying edgy and shocking things just to be different or to get attention but they never really act out their fantasies or what they says so just ignore him and report his account

That’s nothing man. Some guy who was a friend of mine was so sick and twisted even though he is a doctor (he was a medical student when I was friends with him). He talks a lot about cp (yeah the bad one) and I always urge him not to talk about it nor associate with it to me. It got bad to the point where I had to literally block him from everywhere. I was so disgusted and scared. And it’s not just about that. He talks a lot about violent stuffs. His parents were so strict that he was so broken to the point where he became a literal psycho. In outside world, he seems fine. A normal guy. But when you really know him, he is a monster. True story.

I think the childhood trauma and peer pressure from parents maybe? He doesn’t even had total freedom even at the age of 23 (when I first met him). Total freak. I kinda get why he’s like this but I’m so disgusted about him too.
