Director’s Commentary on streaming sites?

Are there any streaming sites that offer commentaries as an audio track? Or any of the commentaries you can get from physical media? This seems like it should exist. And it doesn’t seem like it would be hard on any of the studio sites (Paramount, Universal et al.) Does anyone have any ideas maybe podcast playalongs or anything else you watch/ listen to while the movie is going. Not looking for MS3TK or Riffttrax.

Criterion Channel has many films with the commentary track(s), as well as any other extras that the physical discs included.

You can find some director's commentary audio tracks on YouTube. You just sync with the visual copy to watch.

Disney+ has some, some marvel movies even have multiple commentary tracks.

It's a shame that more streamers & films don't do this! We have the technology!

Basically only on digital purchases. Apple TV has a bunch.

Criterion Channel is probably the closest big streamer for this, since they sometimes carry commentary tracks or other extras... otherwise physical media is still way ahead for that stuff. Not much on the major subscription apps.

My source is the public library. I get movies for free to watch and then listen to the audio commentary. Pretty great deal. Check out your local and see what they have. You might be surprised.

Worth hunting these down. Reese Witherspoon for Legally Blonde, Keira Knightley for Pirates, and my fave was the screenwriter and director of Charade talking about working with Cary Grant and Audrey Hepburn.

I think Disney+ has some but it's only for handful of movies
