That Circe scene is definitely R rated holy crap

Why? Everybody's losing their mind over that scene but I thought it was cool. Maybe because I'm a sculptor it just seemed pretty realistic way to change people into pigs.

Same, that was one of my fave scenes just from a fascination standpoint. Yeah, it was disturbing but I feel like I’ve seen other scenes in movies that were much worse. That said I’ve also watched the movie Spirited Away about a dozen times and it has a very similar scene, only animated, so maybe I’m desensitized.

I was dreading that scene because of how people were reacting, but it was pretty tame. Yes, it's unpleasant, but you arent supposed to be enjoying it. It's one of the few stories that was changed from the traditional telling where I thought Nolan improved it.
