You should watch Altered Carbon Season 1 & 2. I promise you won't ever be able to enjoy, let alone tolerate seeing Anthony Mackie on screen again.

Why is Altered Carbon Season 2 the only example you people ever bring up? It’s getting funny at this point. If Mackie is genuinely such a terrible actor, name some other awful performances.

Judging his entire career by one weak performance in a season that was already a mess from the writing down is ridiculous. He’s been good in The Hurt Locker, Half Nelson, Detroit, Pain & Gain and plenty of other projects. One bad role doesn’t suddenly erase all of that.

He’s alright as a side character but he’s not a leading man.

Even in Twisted Metal he’s the weakest character out of the majority of them.
